Kate Winters is a senior Clinical Practitioner and Certified Ayurvedic Body Therapist who has spent the last decade facilitating transformative shifts for clients locally and globally. Her foundation in the healing sciences began during her ten-year career as a coral biologist in Australia and the South Pacific, later transitioning into a three-year immersion in personalized Ayurvedic practice while in Hawaii. This scientific background, complemented by advanced yoga teacher trainings, solidified her expertise in the synergy between mind and body—specifically through elemental dietary awareness and aligning internal biological flow with the broader rhythms of nature.
Inspired by the clinical results of these systems, Kate expanded her scientific career into the formal study of Ayurveda. Following five years of training and internships, she became a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and established her private practice, Teton Valley Ayurveda (formerly Rabbit Whole Wellness). In 2014, Kate returned home to Jackson Hole to pursue a life nourished by mountain living, balancing her practice with work as a hiking guide as she continued to grow her local roots and expand her clinical reach.
After building a home in Victor, Idaho, Kate has relaunched with an expanded vision. Working from her home office near Fox Creek, she offers a comprehensive range of services, including body therapies, wellness programs, workshop-style retreats, and online consultations.
Today, she applies 15 years of clinical insight to help clients manage disease and restore functional balance by aligning with biological rhythms. Helping others advocate for their own health remains Kate’s greatest achievement. On her days off, you will find her in the mountains hiking, biking, and skiing with her Great Pyrenees, Ivy.
